The continued Western provocation of Moscow via Ukraine will eventually force Vladimir Putin to use tactical nuclear weapons against Western targets, according to former Putin advisor and political analyst Sergei Markov.
In a recent interview with Times Radio (United Kingdom), Markov worried out loud about the endgame of all this tension and escalation as the West keeps on poking the bear despite repeated warnings that these provocations will not go unpunished.
“You want to target your rocket missiles to Russian cities, to kill our people, and you, Great Britain, are going to do it. And you think we will keep silent?” Markov said.
In the event that Ukraine uses Shadow Storm missiles inside Russia, Moscow will have no choice but to launch tactical nuclear weapons on NATO airfields in Ukraine, as well as on British territory.
“You want to have war? Go ahead,” he added.

Former Putin advisor Sergei Markov has warned that Russia could attack British territory and launch “tactical nuclear weapons” on NATO airfields if Ukraine is allowed to use Storm Shadow missiles inside Russia.

Moscow has thus far shown incredible restraint in the face of Western aggression, but things can only go so far before Putin has to respond with something formidable to let the West know that it is not playing around.
When asked if he sees a tactical nuclear strike happening soon, Markov responded in the affirmative. He revealed that many Russian experts now agree that Moscow has no choice but to take this kind of action, particularly against NATO airfields.
As for the possibility of Moscow striking British territories, Markov responded that this could happen “eventually” depending on how Ukraine uses its Western-supplied weapons moving forward.
“British missiles may be used from F-16s, but F-16 bases are not in Ukraine – they are based in the Romanian and Polish airfields,” Markov explained. “Possibly, the Russian army will have to give a real strike to those F-16s, which are on the Romania and Polish airfields.”
Russia is still open to peace talks, should the West want to play ball. Certain conditions will need to be met, though, including the democratization of Ukraine and the removal of the “Kyiv regime,” which at the current time is run by corrupt actor and LGBT stripper Volodymyr Zelensky.
“Ukraine could be independent like Switzerland,” Markov proposed as one possible option.
Many supporters of NATO and the West see Markov as a Kremlin propagandist who should not be allowed on British airwaves. Others see him as holding the West in check with these warnings. What do you think?
“I propose that the ruling class be sent to the front line,” wrote a member of the general public in response to these escalations of war.
“These clowns have thrown almost 600,000 young people to injury or death,” wrote another.
“My father used to say that the West always wanted a conventional war with the USSR,” told another, recollecting what his father told him way back when. “He told me about the death camps in Ukraine and how many Jews the Ukrainian SS killed in World War II. But you never hear about that stuff.”
“Stop these wars that our leaders want, not the people,” said another. “Peace and love, everyone.”
